Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Senator Adams objected. Senators Kerttula, Taylor, Pearce, Kelly, Frank, Miller, Sharp, Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 19(FIN) am?" The roll was taken with the following result: HOUSE CS CSSB 19(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSB 19(FIN) am YEAS: 13 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Lincoln, Little, Zharoff Excused: Salo and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus passing 1994-02-11 Senate Journal Page 2781 SB 19 HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 19(FIN) "An Act relating to the crime of conspiracy." Senator Duncan gave notice of reconsideration.
